This may include your name and email when you sign in or contact us, app feedback you send, subscription status from Google Play, and profile or forecast details you choose to enter in the app, such as birth details, place, dates, and preference settings.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide app features, support account access, answer messages, verify subscription access, troubleshoot issues, and understand how to improve Florametrics. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
Florametrics stores only the information needed to operate the app features, such as account sign-in status, subscription status, app settings, birth date/time, selected locations, selected systems, and generated reading history when needed for app functionality.
We retain this data while your account or app usage remains active. If you stop using the app or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or platform compliance purposes.
AI request data may be processed by our AI service providers to generate readings. We do not use this data to make medical, financial, legal, or other real-world decisions.
